Fine traditional Athonite coal powder of vine shoots (vine branches) from Xenophone Monastery, 125 gr
Coal dust is traditionally used for worshiping incense in the Holy Land.
It is grated charcoal from vines, which is prepared in a traditional way.
It is ideal for burning incense, because it develops a gentle temperature, and the incense burns without creating excessive smoke.
Use: We put ½ teaspoon of charcoal powder in the extinguished ashes of the incense, and press lightly around with the spoon (to keep it longer). We light two grains, and in 2', it is ready to smoke.
It is kept for 10-15 minutes.
