Tilia is a calming herb that fights hypertension and stress. Among its several effects, it is believed to contribute to the dissolving of kidney stones.


It may act as a light soporific and mild antipyretic. It fights hypertension and stress. It relieves headaches, colds, coughs, and catarrh (runny nose). It helps with migraines and anxiety provoked nausea and vomiting.


It dissolves uric acid and is used in arthritis, rheumatism, and gout. It bears good results against diabetics’ urea.


It assists with oedemas (dropsy), cystitis, constipation, indigestion, and spleen and liver obstruction.


It is used for sciatica and lumbagos.

Its advantages are due, to a great extent, to its high antioxidant content, especially procyanidins.
